We are thinking of a location somewhere between Kinshicho station on the Sobu line (east of Akihabara) and Oshiage station on the Keisei line (1.5 kilometers north of Kinshicho).

The Tokyo Sky Tree, which will be one of the world's tallest structures, is located at Narihirabashi station on the Keisei line, between Oshiage and Askausa stations. It is scheduled to open in the spring of 2012.
