March 16, 2012 prayer items for TMCC
May Tokyo Multicultural Church (once launched in early 2013) creatively and compassionately proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to Japanese people and the many peoples from around the world God has brought to Tokyo!
Leadership
TMCC was to be launched in late 2011 after Dale and Ann Little’s one year home assignment. But due to lack of financial support, the Littles could not return to Japan until Jan/2012. In addition, for one year after their return they are leading the tsunami recovery ministry of the EFCCM, based in Sendai. So they are now planning to oversee the launching of Tokyo Multicultural Church in early 2013, after they move back to Tokyo from Sendai.

During the year leading up to the launch date of TMCC, please pray…
- for patience in watching God prepare the way for starting TMCC;
- that Dale and Ann will be able to continue developing TMCC church planting strategy with the English Department leaders of Musashino Chapel Center;
- that the Lord will lead a number of believers in Tokyo to join Dale and Ann as part of the initial church planting nucleus of TMCC.
Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. (Eph. 4:2)
Resources
- Give thanks for the four overseas (USA) partner churches of TMCC. To date, these partners have donated over $10,000 toward TMCC! We probably need about $15,000 for our first month of facility expenses (one month’s rent, plus key money (1 or 2 months’ rent), damage deposit (1 or 2 month’s rent), and realtor fees).
- Pray for more overseas partners for TMCC.
- Ask God to provide us with just the right rental facility in our target area when we begin our search.
